This is a FULL SERVICE listing. Call us now for an appointment.
* We come to your home to list your home
* 12 month single residential listing period
* Listed in the MLS (NTREIS) & "Showcased" on Realtor.com
with up to 25 photos taken by us. On larger homes we will
take up to 100 PHOTOS of your home & place on our website.
* CMA (Comparative Market Analysis).
* Property description including measurements, features &
amenities we help construct.
* We go over the Listing Contract forms with you
* Sign: Choose one of two signs (photos above).
* Lockbox: We install a Supra i-box at no additional charge.
* Centralized Showing Service (CSS) (Schedules
showing appointments for agents)
* CSS website allows seller access to view # of
showings & any agent feedback.
* Broker Support
* 1% due at closing for the handling of all contract
negotiations, counter offers, disclosures & addendums,
as well as help with the escrow process
* A 3% commission (or % you set) charged to Seller
at closing only if an agent procures Buyer
* This "Gold Plan" available only to those whose property is
in Tarrant County.
If your county is Dallas, Denton, Johnson, Parker or
Hood, there will be an additional cost.
#3. PAY AT CLOSING
* This is a TRADITIONAL FULL SERVICE, 12 month single
residential Listing. In lieu of a Flat Fee, we charge 4.5%
commission at closing. A 3% commission (or you select %)
to Buyer's Agent and a 1.5% commission (with a
minimum of $3000) to us, at closing.
* This "Full Service Traditional" Plan available only to those
whose property is in Tarrant County.
If your county is Dallas, Denton, Johnson, Parker or
Hood, there will be an additional cost.
SHORT SALES
Our fees are very low, so therefore we are unable to offer any of our Plans on properties which are or may become "Short Sale", without restructuring the amount of commission/flat fee.

HOW TO GET STARTED:
1. Select one of the 3 PLANS.
2. If you have selected Plan #1 (Silver Plan), submit payment thru PayPal (click logo) or by mailing us a check, then skip down to para.#3. (If you have selected #2 (Gold Plan) or #3 (Pay At Closing Plan), contact us now to schedule an appointment for us to come out to list your home.)
3. Fill out and sign the Input Sheet"Residential Input Form (PDF)" and Showing Instructions, then fax to (817) 887-2111. Once we receive the Input Sheet, Showing Instructions, as well as payment, we will then email you the final listing paperwork for you to complete, initial, sign and fax.
4. Email us your photos (jpg only).
5. Once we have received payment, all of the signed faxed forms and photos from you, we will input your listing into the MLS, www.Realtor.com and www.TexasFlatFee.com. (Please allow us a couple of business days.)
6. After we have input your listing, we will email you the Customer Printout version of the MLS listing.
This program does not apply to just only FSBOs!
Whether or not you are a "For Sale By Owner", you can list MLS & Realtor.com for a Flat Listing Fee (Flat Rate) for as little as $399. Our plans are designed to save you the seller hundreds to thousands of dollars in real estate commissions. Most of our services are like some of the big conglomerate real estate brokers...PLUS, you have the option to find the buyer, (as in For Sale By Owner (FSBO) (the right to find the Buyer)!!!
